  • Then dry completely with a soft towel.
  • Repeat the above after every use.
  • Kasumi Tora knives are extremely hard & we recommend using our Kasumi Tora combination whetstone for sharpening to keep the cutting edge sharp.
  • The knife should not be used for cutting frozen foods or any bones.
