Our objective is to process your order as quickly as possible and then safely deliver it to you as soon as possible. To ensure this, we’ve partnered with leading logistics companies to ship your products.
 

The order is process flow can be summarised as under:

  • The estimated delivery time post-dispatch is 2 – 7 days, depending on the delivery pincode.
  • Products are usually dispatched within 12 – 36 hours of receipt of order and payment confirmation.
  • We strive to dispatch the product on the same day for orders received before 1300 hours and on the next day for orders received after 1300.
  • Products are usually not dispatched on national holidays and Sundays.
  • All products are dispatched from our warehouse/offices. We usually maintain ready stock for products listed on nipponza.com. This is to ensure minimum lag between receiving and dispatching of an order
  • Upon dispatch an email with tracking details is shared on the customer’s registered Email ID.
  • Estimated delivery time also varies depending on – product type, quantity, destination, mode of payment, national holidays,and, any force majure event etc.

If your order is delayed by more than two days from communicated, do contact us soon as possible (support@nipponza.com). We shall get in touch with our partners and ensure that the same is safely delivered to you.

Checklist to Hassle-Free Shipping:

  1. Take care while filling in your Billing Address and Contact Information. The Information on your Credit Card/Debit Card statement must be a perfect match when compared with your Name and Address on your Contact Information and Billing Address and must be verifiable by your Bank or Credit Card provider in authorizing payment.
  2. Shipping Details must include the name of the addressee or the customer, the current address to be shipped to, and contact details of the addressee or the customer. If your Billing and Shipping details are the same, check the box provided.
  3. Caution: Billing Address & Shipping Address could be different. Make sure your Billing address is according to your Bank/Credit Card information and your Shipping address is the location where you want your shipment to reach.
  4. Please ensure that the delivery address, pincode, contact details (mobile number and email) are accurate so that our shipping partners can provide you with a hassle-free experience and contact you for delivery-related updates/queries. It is advisable (not mandatory) that the customer mention any major landmark wherever possible in the shipping address.
